While the air is heating up during the first 15 minutes the mud can dry and affect on your skin, leaving a purifying and detoxicating effect. At the second stage redolences and vapors will arise. The perspiration begins and leaves a tingling feeling on your skin while the mud can gently be rubbed into it.
